Xerox Partner

Your printer is part of the workflow, not a box in the corner.

Xerox devices and managed print, run by the same team that runs the rest of your technology. Toner arrives before it runs out, servicing is handled, and you get one predictable monthly cost instead of invoices nobody budgeted for.

Xerox C7100 series. One of several device families we specify, chosen against what you actually print.

The morning this prevents

Scan to email has stopped working, and it is nobody’s fault.

The print company says it is a network issue. The IT company says it is the printer. Your office manager spends the morning on hold with both, relaying messages between two firms who have never spoken to each other, while the invoices that need scanning sit in a pile.

When print and IT are the same team, that call does not happen. One number, one team, and somebody who already knows how your scanning is set up because they set it up.

Two ranges, one relationship

Xerox owns Lexmark now, and that works in your favour.

Xerox completed its acquisition of Lexmark in July 2025. For us that means both ranges to choose from, with Xerox support standing behind all of it. For you it means the recommendation can actually be about what your office needs.

A supplier tied to one brand has to find the answer inside one catalogue. Sometimes that catalogue has the right machine for you. Sometimes it does not, and you quietly get the closest thing instead. Two ranges makes that compromise far less likely.

It also puts the market leader in managed print behind your parts, your servicing and your support, which matters less day to day than who answers the phone, but it does mean none of it is going anywhere.

  • Xerox and Lexmark ranges, both available
  • One support relationship behind both
  • Specified against your work, not one catalogue
  • Parts and servicing from the print market leader
  • Still one number to call, still us

What you get

Printing that stops being something you think about.

Supplies handled

  • Toner arrives before it runs out, automatically
  • No stockpiling cartridges for a machine you replaced
  • No ordering the wrong one at 4pm on a Friday

Servicing included

  • Maintenance and repairs covered
  • Monitored, so faults are often known before you report them
  • One number to call, and it is the same one you already use

One predictable cost

  • A monthly figure you can budget against
  • No surprise invoices after a heavy month
  • Actual usage reviewed, not guessed at

Scanning that fits your work

  • Scan to email and scan to folder set up properly
  • Documents land where your process needs them
  • Permissions that match who should see what

Confidential stays confidential

  • Secure release, so jobs print when you are at the device
  • Payroll and HR documents stop sitting in the output tray
  • A record of what was printed, where it matters

The right number of devices

  • Most offices have more printers than they need
  • We look at what is actually used before recommending anything
  • Kept running properly rather than replaced on a schedule

Something the industry would rather you did not ask

Your lease says five years. Your printer usually disagrees.

The standard print lease runs about five years and then rolls you into a new device, whether or not the one you have is doing anything wrong. It is a tidy business model. It is rarely the right answer for the business paying for it.

A well-built machine that has been properly maintained often has years left in it. We would rather keep it running, with Xerox technicians who know the device, than sign you up for a replacement you do not need.

When a device genuinely is at the end, we will say so, and we will show you why rather than pointing at a date on a contract.

  • Maintained, not churned
  • Xerox-trained technicians on the actual device
  • Parts and servicing kept up
  • Replaced when it stops making sense, not when the term ends
  • Managed print available month to month
  • Evidence for the decision, either way

Questions

What people ask before they switch.

Do we have to replace our printers?

Not necessarily. If what you have is reliable and has life left, we will say so. Replacement is worth it when the running costs, the reliability or the scanning limitations are genuinely costing you more than the device is worth.

Is managed print actually cheaper?

Often, and not always. It is usually cheaper for an office printing enough that toner and servicing are a real line item. For a business with one low-use printer, it frequently is not, and we will tell you that rather than sell you a contract. What it always buys is predictability.

We only have one printer. Is this for us?

Possibly not on cost alone, but it can still be worth it if scanning is part of how work moves through your business, or if confidential documents currently sit in the tray until someone collects them.

Our lease is nearly up. Do we have to replace the machine?

Almost certainly not. The five year cycle exists because it suits the industry, not because printers stop working at five years. If yours has been looked after and still does the job, keeping it and maintaining it is usually the better decision. We will tell you honestly which case you are in.

What happens when something breaks?

You call the same number you call for anything else. No separate print vendor, no explaining your setup to someone new, no being passed between two companies.

Why Xerox specifically?

We are a Xerox partner, so we know the devices properly rather than supporting six brands badly. Since Xerox acquired Lexmark in 2025 that covers both ranges, which is enough choice to match a machine to an office without being spread so thin that we know none of them well.

Are we locked into a long agreement?

No. Managed print and page plans can run month to month.

The only contract involved is if you lease the hardware, and that is a lease on the machine with the finance company, not a commitment to us. If you already own your printers, or you buy them outright, there is nothing to sign beyond the service you are actually using.

That is deliberate. A service worth having should not need a five year term to keep you.

Let’s look at what you actually print.

We will tell you honestly whether this is worth it for your business, including when the answer is no.

Would rather write?

Send this and we will reply, usually the same business day. No call unless you want one.
