Fully managed IT

We take on the whole thing.

One team, one number, one predictable monthly fee. Your staff get help when they need it, everything stays patched and protected in the background, and you get a technology plan you can actually read.

The morning this prevents

It is 8:40, three people cannot get into email, and nobody knows why.

Is it Microsoft? The internet? Something someone changed on Friday? Your office manager is on hold with one vendor while another says it is not their end. By the time anyone works it out, half the morning is gone and nobody has done the job they were hired for.

When one team runs all of it, that call goes to one number and the answer comes back in seconds rather than hours, because the person answering already knows how your systems fit together.

This is for you if

Any of this sounds like your week.

  • IT has landed on whoever happens to be best with computers, and it is not their job
  • You are not certain whether your backups would actually restore
  • New staff wait days for a working computer and a login
  • You have been meaning to sort out security for a while now
  • Nobody can tell you what you are paying for in Microsoft licences
  • The same problem keeps coming back and nobody has asked why
  • Your equipment gets replaced when it dies rather than on a plan
  • You would like to call one number and have it dealt with

What is included

All of it, for one monthly fee.

No per-ticket charges, no clock-watching, no being billed for asking a question.

Day to day

  • Unlimited support for your staff, by phone or email
  • New hires set up before their first morning
  • Leavers shut down properly, the same day
  • Device setup, repairs and replacements

Running in the background

  • Documentation of how your systems actually fit together

Protection

  • Protection on every computer and phone
  • Logins secured beyond a password
  • Email filtering for the scams aimed at your industry

  • A one-page technology roadmap
  • A realistic budget number for next year

Your pod

  • The same small group of technicians, every time
  • They learn your people, systems and history
  • You never explain your setup from scratch
  • How the pod model works →
“I can’t say enough about their prompt and professional approach to all IT issues, big or small. They seem to be able to provide a creative solution to any problem we’ve encountered, usually remotely, which of course enables us to get back to work with very minimum down time.”

What does it cost?
Fully managed IT

A flat monthly fee, usually worked out per person. We will not quote a number before looking at what you have, because anyone who does is guessing. The first conversation is free and you will leave it with a real figure.

How long is the agreement?
Agreements

Between 36 and 60 months, depending on the package and what you add to it. Longer terms cost less each month, and you choose which trade suits you.

Longer terms also often carry no onboarding cost at all, which is worth weighing against the shorter one.

That is a real commitment and we would rather put the number in front of you now than have you find it in a proposal later.

We already have an IT person. Is this still for us?
Co-managed IT

Probably not this, but co-managed IT almost certainly is. That is built for businesses who want to keep IT in-house and need the depth, the coverage and the specialist help around it.

What is the onboarding like?
Onboarding

A structured thirty days, shaped around your business, with one named person responsible from the first day to the last. We handle the handover from your current provider, including the awkward parts. See exactly how it runs.

Do we have to replace all our equipment first?
Equipment

No. We work with what you have, tell you honestly what is near the end of its life, and plan replacements around your budget rather than ours.

How quickly do you actually respond?
Response times

On the phone, an average of 37 seconds to a technician. By email, an average first reply of 14 minutes. Those are measured averages, not targets we aim at.

Let’s start with a conversation.

Half an hour, no charge, no obligation. Worst case you leave with a clearer picture of where you stand.

Would rather write?

Send this and we will reply, usually the same business day. No call unless you want one.
